Guys as title say i wanna edit the zone name styles like ... zones like : Mullohuland , RedCounty , Las Ventruas Airport , The Strip , LVPD HQ , LSPD HQ , SFPD HQ etc etc ... i want them to write like now on my screen but in other style... i wanna style '' 1 ''

if anyone using ladmin script and he type /announce2 (style) (time) (msg) if u type style '' 1 '' its good for this locations ... how i can change style ? anyone know ? help please

I don't think you can change the style. You make yourself a new zone system or get one somewhere.
