Help: I want to upload picture which i made in Photoshop ,but whenever i try to save i got this..and i cant save as .jpg ..which ever i use i cant upload . Pleas help

Erm check the image format is RGB

Go to Image > Mode > RGB

There is a setting you seem to be using which stops you from doing so.

8bits/channel under the Image > Mode.

save it as a tiff, then open it with MS Picture Manager and re-save as jpg.
