Either I'm total n00b (this maybe true, I was admin on phpBB 2 nad 3 forums before) or I'm blind, but I can't find warning/mute/ban system similar to that on SA:MP and many more forums, could you help me find it or tell me how to turn it on?
Besides that - do you know any SMF mods worth installing?

if you're using the newest SMF version you have to activate the Warning System at first

So it was VISUAL warning mod - i was looking for just warning mod so found nothing =P Thank you very much =]

go to Admin -> Configuration -> Core Features

there you can activate it
