I'm looking to see if anyone knows of the in game map editor that you can use in a server while other people are using the server. For example if a friend and I are on our Dev servers I can put up fences and or move objects with him there.

There are lot of "In Game, object editor".

Check in FilterScript section.

The best for me is Breadfish one.
