when it connects, ur pointer will turn to a spinning disk right?plz teach me

Downgrade your GTA to version 1.0 using this tool.
Run SA-MP and GTA:SA as Administrator (Vista)
Run SA-MP and GTA:SA in Compatibility mode of XP (Vista)

Run as admin == Right click icon -> Go to run as... -> Administrator.
