Hey, I want to make a login screen like in a textdraw box like:

When not registed:

'' Immigration
Welcome, you are a registered citizen.
Please enter your password below to login.''

'' Immigration
Welcome, you are not a registered citizen.
Please enter your password below to login.''

A bit in the style of this:

But Info needs to be Immigration and then just the text I posted above.

How do I do this? Please do not give me a link to the Wiki, I've been there but I can't seem to figure it out. Please show me an example or help me!
