And the other thing is when we press T to talk we say lots of things and when we press enter only shows midle of the frases.

I think the problem with the name isnt a problem, as it seems on the picture he is just ~75 metres away from you.

Cant imagine how the problem with the frases happens, did you tried re-installing SAMP?

Put SetNameTagDrawDistance(amount) in OnGameModeInit

Second Problem:
Spit the string into 2 and send them seperatly
