I update my anticheat system today but I have a big problem with (anti sob** anti carjack hack)

Problem: My state is not PLAYER_STATE_DRIVER, and i use cheat I have ban. But my state PLAYER_STATE_DRIVER
and newstate is PLAYER_STATE_DRIVER my anticheat don't work :S
