I have the same issues as this guy.... I DO NOT use a game pad... I use a mouse and keyboard. My mouse works just fine... and so does my keyboard... I used to be able to play SA-MP.... but now I cannot due to this issue.... I also have reinstalled the game... several times... created new accounts on different servers... and i still get the same issue... My character does not do this in single player ONLY MULTIPLAYER!!!! We thought that this might have been a relog issue with the server... but its not... any comments as to what the issue could be I am not the only one with this issue... there are about 20-30 that I know of in a few servers with this problem....

Try hitting your keyboard.

Your keys are probably broken. Time for a new keyboard.

wow... my shit is not broken... I can play COD series just fine... I can play the Battlefield series just fine... to sum it up... I CAN PLAY ALL THE GAMES THAT I HAVE JUST FINE!!!!! I used to be able to play SA-MP FINE now it doesnt run right.... I HAVE SWAPPED keyboards with my other computer... IT STILL DOESNT WORK!!!!!!... So by the responses that Im getting.... I will have to guess that the next one will be along the lines of: Hey... you have 2 bad keyboards and your keypad on your brandnew laptop is broken too... Is there anyone here with an intelligent response?

I have something similar...every time i load up a game no matter which, my keys go all weird. Ex. Press "w" key and there is a delay or something and wont stop after a long time..very annoying
But all i did to fix it was end my "explorer.exe" process before i start up the games and it goes smoothly and i don't frustrate no morez.
Try it out..see if it helps..good luck.

Do you have any fucking patience? No one said all your shit was jacked up, so calm down.

From what it sounds like, it could be a bad USB Hub, or w/e your using to connect the back of your PC. We are not a PC tech forum, so not all the answers are what you want them to be.

Some questions.

1. When did you buy the PC?
2. What operating System are you running?
3. Have you updated your drivers?

I built the PC last year with some donor parts from the old rig(video cards)... the specs are as follows...
MSI DKA790gx mother board
AMD 64 Athlon x2 5400
4x 1 gig sticks DDR2
2x Nvidia 8600gt OC
Razor 3000dpi mouse
Reclusa gaming keyboard
320 gig SATA HD
