my server doesnot connect to irc.tl or anyother irc network i have the latest plugin,files but still cant connect, was able to connect last 2 years but not now

I am using this irc plugin and files "IRC Plugin v1.4.8 (SSL)" from
https://github.com/samp-incognito/sa...lugin/releases

but not working any help would be aprecaited

*bump* need an answer to that badly, bcz i can connect discord to irc and irc to discord but not irc to server
