For unknown reasons, whenever I log into LS-RP my internet suddenly spikes and I get latency issues and packet loss in-game as well as on my PC. If I stay on once the packet loss happens, I lose connection to my internet. I have had threads on LS-RP forums before but to no avail. My internet is fine, I can play every game I own perfectly fine except for LS-RP. I have since tried the following; I have obtained a new router/modem after I started noticing that whenever I went onto LS-RP my internet connection would literally die on me. I now have Ethernet (cable) instead of wi-fi and that didn't fix the issue. I have also reset my router and this has been on-going for months now. It only happens to LS-RP and if I stay on for too long when the lag happens my connection dies out. Anybody has tips/help? Be my guest, I'm at a wit's end with all of the solutions I've tried so far.

Some side notes: The issues began when I switched to (this) computer and got a new router, however since I have obtained a even newer router. There shouldn't be any bandwidth issues considering I can play other games just fine in both NA and EU (I am in Europe) but if there is a way to check/to set it so that it may work, please help.

Also a few screenshots that may or may not help with people trying to help me solve it.

A random screenshot of my internet's properties, personally I don't know about the sent/received bytes but that does look kind of weird for me considering it's such a huge difference.

I don't see anything abnormal in your screenshot apart from the packet loss.

I would try to figure out if you have packet loss to their server outside SA-MP (ping/traceroute). Unfortunately, normal pings (ICMP) are disabled due to attacks. traceroute would still work but may not provide any useful information.

You would have to ask on their forum how to ping their IPs/datacenter to check routing. Try contacting one of the admins via PM on the their forum.

I've made a thread on their forums and asked the admins, I have no experience with any of this so pardon me for my ignorance. I hope the screenshot above is able to provide you with some kind of vital information. If not, please explain me step for step on how I can help myself.

There are other RP servers on 0.3.DL you could try. If you can connect to the others fine, but not ls-rp, you have some routing problem to ls-rp's server.

You would have to talk to one of their admins in a PM on their forum.

Then I definitely think it's some kind of routing problem because any other server in SA-MP works for me.
I have PM'd one of their admins so I will be awaiting that and then I'll get right back to you!

BUMP. I'm still awaiting their admins responses.. I've tested a VPN but that wasn't the issue. Does it mean that my router is at fault? I've also considered buying a new network card since I'm running integrated realtek family controller or whatever but the people from the store said that had nothing to do with me being unable to connect to LS-RP.

That traceroute you posted is made from the website's network, not your actual internet conection...
You should use the built-in command with Windows:
