using MySQL r41-2 on my new hosting and i can't connect to the database , was looking around and noticed "UNIX socket" written over there (Linux gameserver). I also noticed that on my old hosting (vps) it was with TCP/IP option (windows vps) which was connecting and everything fine.

So how can I connect it using unix socket?... and maybe is this the problem?
