Hi, can you please help me to make this button and can move it only in pre defined coordinates?

I need to create the yellow circle on the table, and make it can move in the position of numbers (i think before i have to lock the player screen and take the coordinates of each number and then define it in array or something.. but how to create the button and can make it movable? thank you.. if anyone know, my brain is rip

can i enable the single player casino in multiplayer? or all are scripting it with objects?
