it says desktop\CNR\Plugins\Crashdetect.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. try installing the program using the original installation media or contact your system aministrator or the software vendor for support. ERROR status 0xc0000130

You have to reinstall Visual C++ Libraries. Download them from Microsoft website.
(If you have never installed them before, I'd suggest downloading all versions (from 2005 - 2017) both in 32 and 64 bits.)

i did that, the latest one fails to install.. 2017 ones..
EDIT: error - 0x80240017 unspecified error.. 2015 failed to load too :/
