Hello there,
One of my friend is facing a problem that his Sanandreas offline is not launching neither his SA-MP launching, He is using Windows 7 64-bit.
SA-MP Version: 0.3.7
Whoever knows the solution for this error kindly share it with me

It happen to me also!

Delete your gta sa saved file from document/ Run it in win xp service3 compability mode/ reinstall game / Upgrade drivers!
Rename the gta_sa.exe app file to gtasa.exe file and tell me if it works offline, because I know the exact problem of it
