On my Irc Channel if someone does the admin commands, will they work?

If yes, then i need to make a separate channel or what?

and how to make it show when someone joins the server

Btw do you know how to make a person admin on irc -Fixed-
so everytime he joins he is automaticaly admin

For the second one do /cs sop <chan> add <nick>
when he rejoins he will automatically be given channel admin (+a) on join.
