Hi. I have one problem. I forwarded my port but server is still not online for my friends. So what now? Also.. Which ip should I give to my friends? Answer me please and I will rep+.thaanks

First thing you should check is also your Firewall (especially if you use a non-windows Firewall) and add the SAMP server to the exceptions.
To let people join you must give them your external (public) IPv4 Address, you can find out your IP for example here:
ping.eu

Well, I had really the same problem as you here and my solution was this software If you don't know about it. The problem, is that your friends (possibility 5 users) must also have this software on their system, and that's all. Then, 'Firewall' always have to be disabled also by using this tool.
