Hi, people, I would like to know how you can propiarize your server in a foreign (I mean English-speaking, because I myself speak Russian) segment of SA-MP. Where and from whom should you take advertising? And is there any benefit with Hosted?

I don't think there's a difference at all. You get a trusted advertiser, you get a hosted tab and then you see if everything works out.
Just make sure your server is translated properly.

And what *******rs can you advise for advertising?
(Or other resources, 'cause I think that only hosted isn't enough)

Hosted tab is enough for common modes that can be easily searched for like the death match servers and familiar modes that don't have many servers on it. Unlike RP, you'd fall in a sea of servers to pick a good one between refunding, free VIP, childish and corrupt servers. ******** page, SA:MP forums advertisement and a YT channel for the server videos to show off the game is enough. But if you want to make a server that is going to be unique, strange or doesn't match any of the current common modes, which I doubt, you should advertise before launching and should show off many videos and screens in the Screenshots & Videos section and as well create a discord channel to attract interested people in, then create a ******** page, promote it and keep it active with videos and pictures on a daily basis. That way you can have a stable PB on the first day.
