Hello,
i started to think about NPC's. I have some basic NPC's drivin around Los Santos but you know ... Those can't do anything. So, i want to make just one NPC which stand on some position and attack near player's with minigun.

What is the best option to make NPC like this? Do i need to download bigass plugins ect.? Is anyone working on new NPC systems?

FCNPC I think is pretty much the only large NPC project still being updated. There was RNPC but I don't think Mauzen still updates it.

Be wary that FCNPC uses memory hacking, so won't work across all versions (unless it uses some form of memory scanning, which I don't think it does).
