OT: It's very economic & also flexible, when it comes to owning a VPS/Dedi. I'd recommend to set up a private server and configure it as per your requirements, to make it 'best' for yourself.

https://ovhcloud.com/ does really cheap VPS hosting. You won't get a cheap price for Windows but their Linux VPS's are priced decent. Starting at $4

Yea, don't pay per slot... Get a VPS and run more stuff than just hosting a server. (As long as you give it enough resources.)
