Compile your script using the -d3 flag. Create the pawn.cfg file inside the pawno directory, write -d3, save and compile the script which fails, then run crashdetect.
On the other hand, what kind of title is that? Use titles related to the issue, please.

Update it and recompile GarHouse, make sure you're using the correct IDE.

Server startup logs help to show what is happening... Rather than just the line that has the error, as the problem is likely in the logs, stating that there's a problem, but you are missing it.
