Guys, I need the object id that is when you stand on it you will go through / fall and it is only one sided.

It's really hard to find an object just by that picture.
Anyway you can take any of the advertisement objects (which don't have any collision) - for example 8330 - and retexture them using SetObjectMaterial(). That'll have the same effect.
The texture could be 5394, "railtracklae", "ws_trans_concr"
