1 shot 1 Kill Hack Detection

Is there any how can I detect this cheat? someone reported that they died even their HP is full. more likely increasing their weapon damage using 3rd party mod. How can I detect this kind of hack? Do I really need to use server side health/ weapon damage to prevent this cheat?

They sync a weapon to use that hack, you must do a anti-weapon hack or something

Make a server sided health. You will lower the server sided health after every damage you get and increase it only scriptwisely. You should detect if the hacker issued a damage higher than the one reported in "OnPlayerTakeDamage".

If you don't know what are you talking about or how to help don't post. Even if they got server sided weapons the hacker changed weapons damages, making players die with one shot.
This is what Im thinking server side health lol. Anyways thanks also when about making Server side health meaning giving the player to be in godmode right? so grenades/explosive weapons and fires/fall from high ground doesnt give damage to a player right? only scripted weapon damage if Im not mistaken?

Yes. You will need to lower the server sided health after every damage.
