I want to start my server in 3z but this function isnt registered... only 3.7

How can I make it work on earlier versions LIKE 3Z or its not even possible

Only 0.3.7!! (Implemented in 0.3.7 RC6)

It was added in SA-MP 0.3.7 Wont work in earlier verisons

@Eoussama, I've a plan actually, I thought about making it in the hosted tab but yet prices are increased so I will wait abit.. but 3z? 3z internet tab doesnt contain much servers as 3.7's internet tab..

Thats it , and so that my server would have more chances to success

Actors are only available as of 1 May 2015. SA-MP 0.3z was released in early 2014.
