Hello eveyone. I have a very interesting problem. I wanted to connect to the server but I saw the notice "your DirectX should be above 9.0" although I have DirectX 12. Who nows how can I fix that?

Remove the older and newer version and install again.

I too had the same problem. To fix that problem, what I did was to :-
1.) Enable DirectPlay from Control Panel>>Programs and features>>Turn windows features on or off.
2.) Go to Documents>>Gta San Andreas User Files>>Delete gta_sa.set
