Don't use it with the newest streamer Plugin.
This Include requires Incognito's Streamer, but the latest Streamer Plugin already supports Actors (very similar function names as well). I'd just use that instead.

but its another thing it wont read the s_actors file ... or in the side of the pawno isnt there

I meant Incognito's Streamer, its streaming is more efficient (as s_actor uses Streamer's Areas for that) and I also think it has more functions (more complex functions at least).
If functions or even a whole Include doesn't show in PAWNO's Sidebar, it doesn't mean it will not work.
Make sure you placed the include in the right folder and include it after the Streamer. If you are using the latest Streamer, there will probably even be problems with same function names.
If the s_actor file loading is the only thing you need from the Include you could also just take that specific function and modify it for loading Incognito Streamer Actors. Or write a custom function for that, shouldn't be hard.
