RC versions are Release Candidates, i.e. development versions, and anything that is in the RCs is in the full version.

i know R2 version it better and last version and more feature
but i don't want 0.3.7 R2. i need RC5-6 for some privacy,

There is no benefit to running the RC version.
If you want the server to be private, password and set it to not announce.

If you already know, then why is it such an issue...
Seriously, just use the normal 0.3.7 rather than asking for outdated/insecure versions, which provide NOTHING different to the 0.3.7... Especially when asked as to why, you can't even answer...
