Did this even work for anyone? these anti vpns never work and never will, you can never counter all vpns and you'll probably catch innocent ppl in between ALSO a vpn user is NOT always a hacker, with the rate of samp players these days i'd never use this but gj overall.

The API uses a list of IP addresses that are blacklisted or used by hosts (VPS's)
