I can't open GTA the game nor SAMP.
Couldn't find a reason, so I uninstalled the entire game.
But only 2 files couldn't be deleted which are:

gtaweap3.ttf
sampaux3.ttf

With the reason: "File is still open"

But my GTA is closed.

Any suggestions? help?

Restart your computer, then delete those files. Do NOT boot samp or GTA before deleting them, as you'll have to start the process over.

I restarted my computer already, tried everything, that's why I wrote in forums.
