Pc is the better gaming machine. But my preference now is PS4 due to its simplicity and its user friendliness.
I'll be getting a gaming pc later on though, when that time comes I'll know which one I will prefer.

PC with PS4 controller, PC4. You get all of both worlds, cheap games, free online, better performance, etc.
Why you want PS4?, we can put here tons of shit but if you have a heavy reason for buy a PS4 just do it.
