If i have variable which is not null like sscanf strings and use sscanf it still sscanf? or i have always create new variables ?

Sscanf puts the value which it parses into the specified variable(s). But it can also be used like "IsNumeric(const string[]) return !sscanf(string, "{d}");".

So answering to your question, even though it's a bit off or miswritten. No, you don't always have to create new variables.
