Simply remove the crachdetect plugin,the error is coming from there i think,

I think I figured out the problem by removing the fixes2.inc and all the possible scripts related to fixes2

OnQueryFinish InfoTD_MSG this 2 publics have error re check it and re open the server to see the errors

KillTimer function from fixes2 plugin. I've been using Dan..'s timerfix plugin for years and I am satisfied with it - in case you are interested (just load the plugin to fix the accuracy of the timers, the include is not needed at all): https://github.com/udan11/samp-plugin-timerfix/releases

Removing the only plugin that informs you for server crashes and run time errors is really bad idea.
