My server been UDP attacking every day and IDC says there's no way to stop UDP attack and do i have the permission to change the protocol?

I have 80G defense but can't stop the attacking

UDP was chosen for a reason, it is most suitable for gaming. TCP is a heavy protocol because it ensures that all packets arrive to their destination.
