No need, crashdetect plugin does the same thing + more.

The problem here is that you have loaded the wrong mysql plugin. Refer to: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=122983
But don't expect much of support as that plugin is outdated. Consider using BlueG's latest version (R39-5) with threaded queries.

PS: Wrong section. It should have been in "Server Support" instead.
