I don't know prices but you should check our NFO servers and OVH.

I would recommend getting OVH, it should suite you. Just don't expect top tier protection as they only gurantee TCP protection for their VPS lineup.

You don't get VPS for trial, if you want to host a SA-MP server then 512mb RAM plan should be ok.
However I think I knew a site which give 128mb RAM, 2gb storage VPS free, but sadly I forgot its link.

I believe your talking about HapHost, But they no longer provide free services.

Nah not them, as far as i know the service which I am talking about is still running my friend got a free vps from them around a month ago.
