Hi,

When someone joined or even me, I guess after like 5-10 minutes the Server Restarts automatically but the sa-mp_server.exe is still there. There's no error on logs, I have crashdetect, nativechecker and whirpool.

Here's my server config

First of all in your plugins instead of this

lol, there's no different between that. It will still work in that way.

Maybe there is something in your script. In .cfg everything seems to be okay.
Can you show log?

It only happens on Windows Server 2008 (VPS) , Its working fine on my localhost (my pc)

As you can see in the screen below it gets restarted and i get disconnected potentially.

I see no problem in the Server Log

I tought that this is happening on your local host. Listen. Do this first. Reupload all files (except pawn) in local host. Then check that every files has been uploaded. Maybe you are missing some and you don't know that. And maybe there is problem on that VPS since everything is okay on local

I did that before, I assume its on my MySQL and apache issue since port 80 is being used before I install xampp. Is there any program that runs MySQL and apache beside xampp?

Try WampServer.

Server hanging sounds like infinite loop. Check CPU usage when it happens.
