OK, lets get this straight - many people can not run SA:MP servers because of dynamic IP addresses. Others struggle much to do so. The easiest way to deal with this: make webname support for IP addresses. E.G. instead of 'gtaonline.ro.lt:7777' registering on the Favorites list as '92.16.115.251:7777' (just a sample) it should register as the webname itself and use the actual IP address when connecting to the server.
