How to configure the firewall of OVH to work with sa-mp? Its my first time im using OVH linux and seems like others cannot see the ip it shows retireving info .. i've tried iptables -A thing but it doesnt work could you guys help me or post the whole iptables -A Input thing maybe i could try to solve it? Thanks!

the others can not see?? hmmm... I Never had this problem at OVH, is sure that the port is correct at server.cfg? or announce 1,I think that OVH it includes an ip with all ports open. I am outdated sorry, but I think that do not need to configure anything so that others can connect at least with me..

OVH works fine with samp. I use it myself, so there has to be something on the client end

By default all ports are open on a Linux machine. You can check with iptables -L. The input and output chain both should say ACCEPT and there should be no rules which means everything is allowed in and out.

Thanks for the reply Vince so if that's not the case then what's stopping it from showing to others?
