Dynamic Teleport System

With this system you can add teleport locations in game.
You can split locations per category. You can in game add new location,delete location,add new category, delete category and move location in other category.
Commands are /edittele and /tele.

After 2 years I added a few changes to system
Now you can use function to delete whole category.
A few bugs are fixed.
