Since lagcomp got added (I guess), when I create an NPC which is shooting with a gun, the gunfire and shots don't appear, nor do any damage. I understand it is because only players sync their shots, but couldn't it be possible to disable lagcomp for NPCs, so players would get shot by them as if lagcomp was disabled?

The developer SA-MP does not want to deal with the elimination of bugs, he prefers to add anyone unnecessary objects.

they do fix bugs, but sometime tracking a bug is hard and they need more details on how to reproduce it so they can narrow it down.

The problem is that SA-MP adds great features but no way to turn them off locally. Like "ManualVehicleEngineAndLights" which turns on two things instead of one, making cases when you want to turn on just manual lights pain in the ass, or "UsePlayerPedAnims" which for some reason cannot be used for just one player (same for SetGravity). lagcomp increases shooting accuracy for shooting players (although seeing a player lying on the floor while shooting at me is also quite enraging) but messes up NPCs without any way to turn it off for them.

Developers can not give us a functional NPCs. They stopped doing useful things. I ceased to respect them for that.
Do you want to get the damage done by the NPC and the player establishes certain gravity, you can use as a temporary solution by YSF plug kurta999, but this is only temporary and not sustainable solution, because the plugin will always require translation into a new vesiyu SA-MP.

Are you using ****** translate?
1. If he invites a team of developers he does not know yet expect a leak like the 0.2.5 days.
2. Create your own MP mod if you don't only want objects.
3. I know SAC was removed. (Possibly because of the 0.2.5 leak I'm GUESSING. Don't know if it was before or after.)

Yes, i use an ****** translate.
I do not have the opportunity to create your own multiplayer blackjack and hookers. Many want to see the SAC could do specify in the server settings to use this cheat or not.

Exactly. They add or remove cool stuff without allowing server owners to toggle it themselves. They restrict and constrain commands and variables for seemingly "security reasons", while not allowing us to switch it back.
