I talked to my internet service to open a port and so people could get to my server, what they tell me is that they would open me a DMZ with all open ports, put the ip of the DMZ that they gave me and not let me in or me, how I can open the DMZ server?

You need to look up Port Forwarding, not DMZ...
You should even ring up your ISP and say to them about the erroneous advice you received from someone regarding DMZ, rather than the much safer option of Port Forwarding.
You simply need to Port Forward SAMPs ports to the server inside, and then, it should work, after being restarted.

You're not assigned a server with DMZ, what DMZ does is just allows your computer/home hosted box to have it's own port settings instead of having to port forward it in the router. If they say your computer/router was DMZ'd, then they most likely they mean that you can now run on port :7777 sa-mp server (if you plan to run it on your computer). But I suggest port forwarding port 7777 instead of DMZing.

DMZ opens everything on that PC that you DMZ, to the internet... Everything... Where as Port Forwarding only allows the access to the certain ports, that aren't being forwarded already.
