Do you have rprp.amx file in your Gamemode folder?

you need libmysql.dll

You must have nativechecker at your CFG and in your gamemode directory. - https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=249226 if there is a nativechecker, try to place it at the end. because nativechecker always should be loaded the last. if it's still not working, see how you compiled your gamemode.
