I need the following things :

Skin selector + How to put it in gamemode [Newbie]
Vehicle by command like [ /infernus to spawn infernus ]
How to make heavy vehicles for admin [ Not rcon but level 1-5 admins ]
/Wheels to change vehicle wheels
Whenever any player puts in Nightvision , everyone see's it. I want that only the player that wears nightvision that player only see in nightvision [ RIP English :l ]
/time [ To change time ]
/weather [ To change weather ]
/stats [ I wanna edit stats so any great stats fs or something to install in gamemode ]
How to make race
How to make npc
How to make deathmatch
How to make Duel
/lock [ to lock vehicle ]
/unlock [ to unlock vehicle ]
/eject [ to eject any player sitting in passenger sit ]

I want to learn how to install FS in Gamemode , whenever I installs it .. I gets lots of error which irritates me :l

Use SA-MP Wiki
And Our Lovely ******
To learn scripting.
If you have some errors / misunderstood warnings while scripting post here

Yeah no one is gonna create a gamemode for you in the scripting help part of the forum
either download one gamemode from gamemode releases, or learn scripting.

You gotta learn from the begining before doing all of this, no one will waste time for bunch of systems.
