i have a question base on hosting company. Can i advertise a free samp hosting company here? I meant if i can advertise it then in which section to advertise it?

Probably in your signature would be a good start.

This forum is dedicated to samp servers, not hosts, so the only advertising section is for SA-MP servers. They do allow any kind of advertising in signatures, as long as the signature doesn't cover the entire page.
