I have a problem roleplay mode as soon as I signed up to serve, and after that comes and goes it does not save my login and that way about any other player on the server
How to arrange this problem?

Did you run the server as administrator? If not, the server won't be able to write files.

I have storage I run the server on storage and this problem is that I do not keep my users even if I run it as administrator on my computer

You're going to have to provide a little more info - do you have any warnings? Where is your server log? Where are you saving the files too etc.
