Search for PlayAudioStreamForPlayer function in your gamemode. If the music is streamed on login search under OnPlayerConnect or OnPlayerLogin (if using YSI) functions.

If it is your own server. And you script for it, then delete that audio streamer.
IF not your then, go to GTASA option thn select audio setting then disable radio or modify it to low
