I would like to know how do i spawn the care packages all over my map.
How can i do it?

As the creator of that script said, You can use /carepackage to create Care Packages and the plane flies from anywhere, so you cannot create care packages all over the map but you can create them by using /carepackage

Im trying to find a way to make a cmd that will spawn many care packages all over my map.
