My packet loss i very high sometimes how to fix this fasT??

How you know you have many lost packets? you tested the function of the SA:MP?

Perform a ping/MTR to your server and see if there is packet loss using those applications, and if so, use WinMTR to identify where the packet loss is occurring and then talk to your host.

Your Upload/Download Speed isn't enough for a SA:MP Server , or the SA:MP Server is far away from your location..

Playing SA-MP requires next to no bandwidth, I guarantee that isn't the cause. Even if the SA-MP server is far away, there shouldn't be a significant amount of packet loss under normal circumstances.
