I am hosted on Vortex server and i loaded plugins they are on directory and also named .so in both directory and .cfg

maybe the host Windows not Linux..
or try contacting with them

You can't rename the plugins format from .dll to .so. You must use the original version for Linux compiled in .so format.
No wonder the plugins didn't load.
