So lets get to the point. When i reach 60+ players in my server. A group of players will timeout and when they reconnect it says "You are banned from this server." How fo i solve this? Is it SAMP bug? But i think its not.. many SAMP Servers reach more than 100+ players and they doesnt have this problem... so is it VPS problem? Do i neex to upgrade the RAM?

The 'You are banned from this server.' is a SAMP bug which happens upon reconnect without fully closing the game, you can solve by simply asking them to close the game fully and re-opening your server again
The other issue might be hardware limits or it may be within the script

What is your VPS's RAM and Where have you purchased it from?
If its 1GB ram and runs only SAMP, Contact your host. It might be their problem.

You tell us if you need more ram, a simple check for how much RAM you're using/have will reveal that. Hint - 'free -m' if you're on UNIX. You should probably perform some basic performance tests on the server itself and see if there's some limits, may it be disk IO, network, computation, etc. If that turns out to be fine, then it could very well be a script issue.
You shouldn't even make a thread loking for advice without at the very least performing same basic tests yourself, and at LEAST checking what kind of resource usage you're seeing when the server is running.
